We are seeking an SAP Tax Product and Process Manager with a deep understanding of global Tax regulations, processes, and procedures as well as being highly knowledgeable in the SAP/ERP products that support them. In this role, you will be responsible for critical elements of the global operational stability of the SAP/ERP Tax application, processing, and upstream/downstream integration with other global and local technical products. This includes monitoring, maintenance, and resolution of systems incidents and outages as well as the ongoing successful delivery/deployment of Tax-related enhancements, configurations, and product releases. The candidate must be a self-starter with significant global Tax technical, business, and leadership experience. Reporting to the Global Associate Director who leads EY's Tax Suite of Products that support our ERP/SAP and related product set, your responsibilities will include understanding and documenting business processes, developing functional specifications, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, facilitating communication between stakeholders, overseeing product updates, leading the creation of product roadmaps, and managing incidents and service requests, among others. To qualify for this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in finance, business, computer science, or a related discipline, along with 10+ years of relevant experience in a large business system environment, particularly focusing on SAP tax modules and global team management. Possessing a current professional certification, SAP certification, and knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, BOT Framework, and Machine learning are preferred. The ideal candidate should possess significant global Tax technical, business, and leadership experience. Your key responsibilities will include understanding and documenting business processes, developing functional specifications for SAP and non-SAP Tax components, monitoring solutions for compliance with Tax requirements, acting as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, leading product update lifecycles, creating and maintaining Tax product roadmaps, and overseeing incident and service requests management. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in finance, business, computer science, or related discipline, along with 10+ years of relevant experience in business system environments. Direct experience in managing Tax interfaces and Tax application operations for a global professional services organization is preferred. Strong communication skills, the ability to work in diverse environments, and knowledge of emerging technologies are essential. The role requires a creative mindset, analytical skills, effective listening, and strong influencing abilities. The ability to work under pressure, deal with escalations, and collaborate across the global firm is crucial. As a Senior Specialist - Package Implementation, you will be responsible for the embedded development and implementation of typical objects in SAP BW Integrated Planning, HANA PAK, or BPC Embedded. Your role will involve utilizing your strong technical expertise in SAP Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC), particularly version 10x 111 of the NetWeaver version. You will be expected to have a deep technical understanding of SAP BW modeling, reporting, and front-end tools like Design Studio and Analysis for Office. Your responsibilities will include working with various BW data modeling objects, process chains, transformation, DTP, planning functions, filters, sequences, variables, BW reporting, Analysis for Office workbooks, BW queries using HANA Studio, and BPC Embedded Web Admin tasks like work status, DAP, and BPFs. Additionally, you will provide client support, advice, testing, defect resolution, post-go-live support, and documentation for handover to BAU support. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication and consulting skills, having preferably worked for another consulting company. A good understanding of financial processes, including budgeting, forecasting, financial close, and consolidation is crucial. An accountancy qualification would be advantageous. Experience in related SAP functional areas such as BW, BI, BFC, PCM, FICO, PS, MM, SDSMS4, HANA, or ABAP would also be beneficial.
