BambooBox is looking for the next superstar, experienced in developing and executing strategic and commercial engagements with potential customers. The role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and strategic ABM Executive to support our Account-Based Marketing initiatives. In this role, youll help design client-specific journeys, create targeted campaign assets, and drive measurable engagement across high-value accounts. Youll work closely with cross-functional teams to bring tailored experiences to life for each account segment. Functional requirements : Support the planning and execution of ABM programs in alignment with business and sales objectives. Partner with sales, strategy, and content teams to design client-specific journeys that address key business challenges and buying behaviors. Create detailed asset briefs based on account insights, buying stages, and personas to guide the development of highly relevant marketing materials. Lead and coordinate asset review cycles to ensure content is accurate, brand-aligned, and strategically focused. Use ABM platforms and marketing automation tools to deliver personalized campaigns across channels including email, digital ads, and web experiences. Track and report on account engagement, campaign effectiveness, and pipeline impact; iterate based on insights. Maintain an ABM content repository to support the reuse and rapid deployment of account-level assets. Keep up with ABM trends, tools, and tactics to drive continuous innovation. What makes you stand out 24 years of experience in B2B marketing, with hands-on exposure to ABM, campaign management, or demand generation. Strong understanding of account segmentation, buying journeys, and personalization strategies. Proven ability to write or manage asset briefs and oversee creative development cycles. Familiarity with ABM tools and CRM/marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo). Exceptional communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. Organized and process-driven, with a strong eye for detail. Behavioral Requirements: Desire to have a competitive mindset and be proactive in achieving your goals.
