Role & responsibilities Lead all the procurement (CAPEX and OPEX) related activities, in all aspects, for all the current and upcoming facilities across geographies. Review, draft and negotiate a variety of Commercial Agreements such as Software/Subscription (SAAS) Agreements, Manpower Agreements and Services Agreements.
