Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an E-commerce Key Account Manager, located in Jaipur. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing business planning, handling key accounts, and providing exceptional customer service. The day-to-day tasks include developing and maintaining relationships with key accounts, analyzing data to drive account performance, creating business plans, and ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing their needs and concerns. Qualifications Experience in Account Management and handling Key Accounts Strong Analytical Skills and Business Planning capabilities Excellent Customer Service skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in the e-commerce industry is a plus Job Location - Malviya Nagar, Jaipur (On-site)
