The role involves overseeing the development and execution of strategic plans, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with the organization’s overall goals. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify and engage potential clients and partners to build a robust sales pipeline. In Energy, Specialty Chemicals, Pertro Chemicals, Oil& Gas, FMCG, Pharma and Other Potential Industries for Technical Staffing, O&M & Installation & Commissioning Services. Maintain and grow relationships with key customers, ensuring long-term partnerships. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the business development team to meet individual and team targets. Foster a high-performance culture within the team by providing guidance, motivation, and training. Negotiation & Deal Closing: Oversee negotiations and ensure successful closure of high-value contracts and partnerships. Draft and review proposals, agreements, and contracts to align with company objectives. Collaboration & Communication: Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure seamless implementation of business development initiatives. Provide regular updates and insights to senior management regarding progress, challenges, and opportunities. Financial Oversight: Monitor budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources for business development activities. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns. Key Qualifications: A minimum of 10 years of experience in business development within the Oil & Gas/Petrochemicals/Power/EPC industries. Proven expertise in technical staffing, operations & maintenance, commissioning, and installation services. Strong understanding of financial management, including P&L oversight. Exceptional leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
