As a Sales Team Member at Noris Medical, you will be responsible for showcasing our range of products and services to dentists within your designated territory. This role entails engaging with implantology professionals at their offices, hospitals, trade shows, and study groups to elucidate the advantages of our dental implant products and educational programs. Key Responsibilities: - Execute sales calls and other initiatives aimed at meeting sales quotas and objectives for the Sales Representatives" assigned accounts and territory while adhering to company policies and relevant laws. - Collaborate in planning meetings and work alongside the Sales Director to develop sales activity plans that optimize sales efforts and drive target sales performance. - Provide support during dental surgery procedures, offering guidance to customers and dentists within the Sales Representatives" territory on dental drilling sequences and surgery area setup. - Facilitate the collection of outstanding Accounts Receivables in partnership with Corporate staff. - Identify and pursue new sales prospects and customer opportunities to enhance the sales growth of our products. - Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly. - Schedule follow-up appointments to update customers on new product offerings. Qualifications: - Prior experience in selling dental products/medical devices in a business-to-business environment. - Possession of an existing client portfolio in one or more relevant markets is advantageous. - Self-motivated with a strong work ethic. - Proficient in effective communication and relationship-building with dental professionals. - Strong negotiation abilities. - Demonstrated track record of successful sales. - Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills. We are currently looking for Franchise Sales Professionals, Franchise Development Managers, Business Development Managers, and Inside Sales Managers to join our high-growth team at the FranchiseBazar Bangalore Head Office. This opportunity is ideal for sales professionals who excel in B2C sales and have experience in selling franchisees, dealers, distributors, or working with investors. As a part of our team, you will be responsible for franchise development for key accounts, recruiting franchises for multiple brands, and strategizing expansion plans for clients. You will also work as an Entrepreneur New Business Consultant, assisting investors and prospective business seekers in identifying suitable brands. Additionally, you will facilitate triparty calls between brands and entrepreneurs, negotiate franchise terms, and support in brokering deals. We are looking to fill two positions: Franchise Sales Executive and Franchise Sales Manager, each with specific experience requirements. The salary package includes fixed and variable components based on performance/targets achieved.
