Reporting To: Founder / Director About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and performance-driven Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and monitor our overall marketing efforts. This role will act as a strategic bridge between the founder, internal teams, and external marketing partners (especially ad agencies and funnel specialists). If you’re someone who understands marketing KPIs deeply, can drive creative thinking, and uses AI tools smartly to enhance performance — we want to talk to you. This role also offers the opportunity to work on live U.S.-based projects, giving you global exposure and significantly sharpening your marketing skillset for international audiences. You won’t just manage campaigns — you’ll drive accountability, coordinate cross-functional efforts, and play a crucial role in scaling marketing outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Campaign Monitoring & Coordination •Take regular follow-ups with partner agencies (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.) and ensure campaign timelines and goals are being met. • Consolidate weekly performance updates from external vendors. • Ensure accountability from all stakeholders involved in running and optimizing campaigns. Performance Analysis & KPI Ownership • Analyze key performance indicators (CPL, ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rate, Show-up Rates, etc.). • Create and maintain performance dashboards/reports for all running campaigns. • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve outcomes. Marketing Strategy & Creative Input • Collaborate with content writers, designers, and the founder to develop creative and persuasive ad concepts and campaigns. • Evaluate creatives and messaging for alignment with campaign goals and brand voice. • Brainstorm hooks, angles, and messaging ideas for different campaigns. AI & Automation Use • Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Make.com, Zapier, AdCreative.ai) to improve productivity, content quality, and workflow automation. • Implement and suggest new tools and systems to optimize marketing operations. Project Coordination • Serve as the single point of contact for the founder to get a holistic view of marketing operations. • Plan weekly sprint tasks, ensure progress, and raise red flags early. • Manage timelines, briefs, and deliverables across the funnel, creatives, and lead nurturing efforts. Who You Are: • 3–6 years of experience in performance marketing, digital strategy, or agency coordination roles. • Hands-on understanding of funnel metrics and digital campaign KPIs. • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. • Strong analytical skills with working knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc. • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with multiple moving parts. • Familiar with AI tools (or a fast learner) and enthusiastic about using them for productivity and growth. • Creative mindset with an eye for detail and storytelling. Preferred Skills (Bonus Points): • Experience in coaching/consulting/digital product niche. • Familiarity with ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel, or similar platforms. • Experience working with Meta Ads or Google Ads agencies.
