As a skilled Flutter Developer, you will have the opportunity to join our mobile app development team based in Noida sec-62. Your primary responsibility will be to design and build advanced applications for Android and iOS platforms using Flutter and Dart. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to define, design, and deliver new features with a focus on high quality and performance. You will be tasked with developing robust, scalable, and high-performance mobile applications, translating UI/UX designs into functional applications, and integrating RESTful APIs, Firebase, and third-party libraries. Your role will also involve implementing clean, maintainable, and testable code, participating in code reviews, testing, and debugging, as well as optimizing application performance and responsiveness. It is crucial to stay updated with the latest Flutter updates, tools, and best practices. To excel in this position, you should have proven experience with Flutter and Dart, with a minimum of 1-2 years for junior developers and 3+ years for mid/senior developers. Additionally, a strong knowledge of mobile app lifecycle, architecture patterns (e.g., MVVM, Bloc), and state management (Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, etc.) is required. Experience with Firebase (Firestore, Authentication, Cloud Messaging), Git, version control, and CI/CD is also crucial. Familiarity with native app development for Android/iOS and a good understanding of UI/UX design principles are considered advantageous. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential for success in this role. Preferred qualifications include experience with publishing apps to Google Play and App Store, knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies, familiarity with automated testing tools and unit testing.
