Description We are seeking an experienced SAP MDG Techno Functional Consultant to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both the technical and functional aspects of SAP Master Data Governance, enabling them to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet our clients data management needs. Responsibilities Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data governance requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Implement and configure SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) solutions to meet business needs. Conduct data modeling and design data workflows for master data management processes. Perform system integration and data migration tasks related to MDG implementation. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to master data and MDG processes. Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on SAP MDG functionalities. Ensure adherence to data governance policies and best practices throughout the project lifecycle. Participate in project planning, status reporting, and stakeholder communication. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 6-16 years of experience in SAP MDG, including both technical and functional aspects. Strong knowledge of SAP MDG architecture, data modeling, and workflow management. Experience in integration of MDG with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC). Proficiency in ABAP programming and development for custom enhancements. Understanding of data governance principles and best practices. Familiarity with SAP Data Services or SAP Information Steward is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with business users and technical teams.
