Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Ludhiana. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Day-to-day tasks will involve developing HR policies, conducting interviews, onboarding new employees, managing employee benefits, and handling workplace conflicts. The role requires collaboration with different departments to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
