Business Transformation Specialist

As a highly motivated and dynamic individual, you will be joining our team to drive transformation initiatives across Project Management Office (PMO), Operational Excellence (OpEx), Digital Tools, and eLearning functions. Your role will be crucial in leading and managing a versatile team while engaging effectively with global stakeholders from various departments. Your key responsibilities will include leading and managing a diverse team across domains such as PMO, OpEx, Digital Transformation, and eLearning. You will drive the development and deployment of digital tools using Microsoft Power Platform, with a particular focus on Power BI. Additionally, you will act as a strategic advisor on data-driven decision-making, leveraging your analytical skills to interpret complex datasets and provide actionable recommendations. Furthermore, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing SharePoint environments, leading key digital and transformation projects, and staying updated with the latest trends in Microsoft technologies and digital transformation tools. Your role will also involve fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation through process digitization and training initiatives. To be successful in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field, along with a minimum of 4-7 years of relevant experience in digital transformation, data analytics, or project management. Strong leadership skills, proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, excellent communication abilities, and experience in managing SharePoint sites are essential qualifications for this position. Preferred qualities include certification in Power BI or Power Platform, experience in change management or driving digital culture in an organization, exposure to training and eLearning platforms/tools, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple priorities.,
