. The candidate should have

strong expertise in Microsoft 365 ecosystem

(Power Platform, Power BI, Viva suite, Planner, Azure, Copilot, Whiteboards etc) with deep understanding of its full suite of tools and applications. The role requires someone who enjoys researching new AI trends, analyzing their impact on business, and identifying opportunities for innovation. Strong problem-solving skills, curiosity to learn, and ability to connect AI insights with Microsoft 365 solutions are essential. Prior experience in technology-driven projects, digital transformation, or business applications is a must.Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage a versatile cross functional projects across domains such as PMO, OpEx, Digital Transformation, and eLearning.
• Engage and communicate effectively with global stakeholders from cross-functional departments.
• Continuously research and investigate the AI market, identifying emerging trends, tools, and business opportunities. Propose potential implementation of the investigations in Business environments.
• Leverage in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem to design and implement innovative solutions, train cross functional teams on its use cases and adoption.
• Drive the development and deployment of digital tools using Microsoft 365 Platforms (Example - Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, Power Automate... etc.)
• Act as a strategic advisor on data-driven decision-making; challenge requests when necessary and proactively suggest improvements.
• Manage and optimize SharePoint environments to support collaboration, content management, and internal process automation.
• Lead key digital and transformation projects, ensuring timely execution, stakeholder alignment, and measurable outcomes.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, competitor activities, industry advancements, Microsoft technologies and other digital transformation tools, and implement relevant innovations in the organization.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across the organization through process digitization and training
  

Required Qualification:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 47years of relevant experience in roles involving digital transformation, data analytics, or project management.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and initiatives.
• Strong proficiency in Implementation of digital tools, advanced reporting.
• Strong analytical mindset with demonstrated experience in data interpretation, storytelling, and decision support.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to work with international stakeholders.
• Experience managing and administering SharePoint sites and libraries.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools (Agile, PMP, etc. preferred).
• A proactive mindset with a passion for staying up to date with Microsoft and digital innovation trends.
  

Preferred Qualities:

• Microsoft Certifications (Architecture, Power BI, PL, Azure etc.)
• Experience in change management or driving digital culture in an organization.
• Exposure to training and eLearning platforms/tools.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple priorities
