You will be working as a part of the Business Transformation team which drives continuous improvement projects and interacts with clients or internal stakeholders to drive and influence improvement objectives. This team is responsible for breaking down the end-to-end process to identify automation/improvement opportunities and create automation/transformation roadmaps.This team is also responsible for delivering large scale end-to-end process transformation projects for global clients. The Project Delivery Excellence team focuses on developing and implementing a strong foundation of processes, systems, measurements, and controls that can help deliver high-performance consistently. The team is responsible for delivering the articulated client value proposition to drive high-value outcomes for their business. They proactively identify the key issues to preventcorrect any escalation from internal or external (client) stakeholders.
What are we looking for?12+ years of strong software design and development experience Deep experience in architectural design, infrastructure planning, and automation scalability Experience with APIs, data integration, and automation best practices Understand process analysis and pipeline construction for automation processes Advanced troubleshooting skills Exceptional presentation, written and verbal communication skills (English) Strong programming knowledge of Frontend and Backend technologies Angular, HTML, JavaScript, NodeJS, .Net, Python, etc Knowledge of database systems and SQL Good Knowledge of GEN AI, Machine Learning Good to have RPA knowledge Azure DevOps understanding, Code version control, etc High-level project management skills
Roles and Responsibilities: Lead the team to develop automations (Web based, RPAs, etc.) using Frontend and Backend technology to automate complex tasks, streamline processes, and optimize efficiency Meeting with the software development team to define the scope and scale of software projects Designing software system architecture (High Level Design, Low Level Design) Identifying fitting data structures and design patterns in existing and new solutions Identifying bottlenecks and improving software efficiency Responsible for maintaining automation tracker, roadmaps, documentation and overall communication about projects Mentor the team and facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to create awareness and identify automation opportunities Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts and Process Architects to deliver holistic automation solutions that cater to various stakeholder needs Serve as a technical expert on development projects Lead problem identification/error resolution process, including tracking, repairing, and reporting defects Create and maintain documentation to support role responsibilities for training, cross-training, and disaster recovery Monitor and maintain license utilization and subscriptions
