Business Transaction Coordinator

The role of Business Coordinator is crucial in supporting commercial property transactions by efficiently managing administrative and operational tasks. Your responsibilities will include overseeing lease management, data entry, information gathering, and presentation preparation. Collaborating with internal teams like Sales, Administration, IT Support, and Accounts is necessary to ensure streamlined workflows and successful property transactions. Key Requirements: - Experience: 2-7 years - Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail - Proficient written and verbal communication skills - Capability to multitask and collaborate effectively across departments - Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Google Slides) and familiarity with design software (Adobe Creative Suite) - Experience with commercial property management software is advantageous - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Education and Background: - A Bachelor's degree in Business, Graphic Design, or Visual Communication is preferred This is a full-time permanent position with day shifts.
