What youll do:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to produce high-quality content across a range of deliverables - eDetailers, MSL decks, product brochures, infographics, social content, and patient education material.
- Ensure scientific accuracy, alignment with brand messaging, and compliance with industry/regulatory guidelines?
- Partner with medical writers, creative designers, and project managers to deliver content that is visually compelling and medically sound.
- Conduct secondary research from peer-reviewed journals, clinical trial registries, and company-provided materials to support content development.
- Support localization/adaptation of global content for regional markets.
- Participate in content planning meetings, project briefings, and review cycles.
- Maintain familiarity with therapeutic areas including oncology, rare diseases, immunology, and others (depending on client portfolio).
- Apply editorial standards to ensure consistency in grammar, terminology, referencing, and visual formatting.
What youll bring:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field. A background in biomedical writing or communications is a plus.
- 2-4 years of experience in medical/pharmaceutical content development, preferably within a consulting, agency, or pharma environment.
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical marketing and/or medical affairs deliverables.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, scientific accuracy, and editorial rigor.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency with MS Office, referencing tools (e.g., EndNote, PubMed), and familiarity with content review platforms (e.g., Veeva PromoMats) is a plus.
Additional Skills:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to structure thoughts logically during discussions and presentations
- Capability to simplify complex concepts into easily understandable frameworks and presentations
- Proficiency in working within a virtual global team environment, contributing to the timely delivery of multiple projects
- Travel to other offices as required to collaborate with clients and internal project teams

Travel is a requirement at ZS for client facing ZSers; business needs of your project and client are the priority. While some projects may be local, all client-facing ZSers should be prepared to travel as needed.
