Business Systems Analyst - Finance Technology

Role Overview: You will work as an Oracle Cloud/EBS Applications Finance Business System Analyst in Motorola Solutions Enterprise Core Technology IT group supporting the Finance Organization. Your main accountability will be the transformation, maintenance, and enhancement of financial systems in Oracle Fusion Cloud and EBS. You will collaborate with upstream IT and business counterparts from various areas to simplify customer billing, revenue, collections, and procurement processes. Key Responsibilities: - Own and maintain Oracle Finance business and IT processes, with a focus of 80% on functional tasks and 20% on technical tasks - Act as a Finance IT lead in transformation programs to represent Finance organizations interest - Understand and convert business requirements into functional requirements - Collaborate with internal and external IT teams to adopt best practices for simplifying user experience - Ability to debug the system, perform fit/gap analysis, and align business processes within Oracle Cloud/EBS - Provide management summaries in business terms for issues, root causes, and next steps - Work in a fast-paced, Agile environment on multiple projects simultaneously - Research and implement new technologies to enhance business processes and user interactions - Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders in US and EMEA timezones Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, detail-oriented, and a self-starter Company Additional Details: Motorola Solutions prides itself on a people-first and community-focused culture, encouraging every employee to be authentic and deliver their best work to contribute to a safer world.
