Business Systems Analyst, Anaplan

Role Overview: At Google, the Business Systems Integration team works at lightning speed to remove roadblocks that hinder progress. They identify time-consuming internal processes and develop reliable and scalable solutions to enhance efficiency within the company's size and scope. As a member of the team, you will listen to and translate Googler needs into technical specifications, design and develop systems, and consult with Google executives for smooth implementation. Your role involves building business applications, influencing feature design, defining technical project scopes, and overseeing execution to improve application reliability and system performance. Key Responsibilities: - Design, build, and maintain Anaplan models to support various aspects of business planning. - Collaborate with Data teams to reconcile differences with other systems and integrate data into Anaplan for accuracy and consistency. - Refine and optimize Anaplan models to enhance performance and accuracy across all regions. - Document models and processes, test and validate Anaplan models for business requirements and performance. - Work with Composite Service Operators (CSO), Business Compensation Operations, and Product Management to understand business needs and translate them into Anaplan solutions. - Collaborate with Data Engineering and Business Operations teams to improve performance and efficiency. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 5 years of experience in building integrated systems throughout the entire lifecycle, including analysis, design, testing, implementation, and support. - 5 years of experience in designing and implementing supply chain systems. - Experience in Anaplan modeling and integration with other systems. - Experience in Anaplan Model Builder with Business Planning. - Experience in web or mobile application development, Unix/Linux environments, distributed and parallel systems, machine learning, information retrieval, networking, software systems development, or security software development.
