Business Support Coordinator

As a Production Coordinator at Electronic Arts, you will be responsible for managing multiple special activities, conducting market research, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of EA operations, and acting as a liaison with other departments. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing multiple special activities such as large-scale meetings, event planning, logistics for conferences/parties, swags, and expense reports. - Conducting market research, gathering information, and negotiating contracts before closing deals. - Maintaining confidentiality and handling highly sensitive information on behalf of managers. - Acting as a liaison with other departments like HR, Facility, IT, Finance, etc. - Working with staffing vendors to track contract staff data and ensure its correctness, including shift and OT allowances. - Preparing and sharing reports and analysis on data related to responsibilities and deliverables. Your key skills should include: - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Proficiency in Microsoft or Google Office Suite. - Basic project management skills. - Basic knowledge of finance and accounting.
