Your responsibilities will include overseeing HR activities such as Workforce Planning, Legal Compliance, Learning & Development, Career & Succession Planning, Talent Management, and Employee/Social Relations. It is essential to have knowledge of the English language, local language of the country, good communication skills, computer operations (e.g. Microsoft Office, PPT, Excel), and State employment laws. Your primary areas of responsibility will cover various aspects such as Employee Relations, Legal Compliance, Internal Communication, Performance Management, Reward, People Development, Global Processes, HRIS/Reporting & Budget.
