Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain documentation and ensure data accuracy.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders for requirements and clarifications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in any field.
  • Strong analytical and research skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and basic reporting.
  • Good communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Prior BPO or research experience is an advantage.
