The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with promoters and key decision-makers, ensuring compliance with internal processes, and driving cross-sell opportunities. The role also includes monitoring utilization patterns, ensuring timely submission of documentation, and coordinating with internal departments to resolve client issues efficiently.
