Business Process Owner- D & T, INPGTR

As the Business Process Owner- D&T, PGTR for the Transformers Business at Hitachi Energy in Vadodara, India, your role will involve developing, maintaining, controlling, auditing, and analyzing various business processes and information systems. Your primary mission will be to drive continuous improvement across various functional disciplines, define objectives, and provide solutions to complex problems related to applications, business analysis, and process enhancements. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with business functional leads and domain experts in areas such as front-end, engineering, production, planning & fulfillment, supply chain, and controlling. You will support BU domain experts on global program implementation, act as the single point of contact for global BU IS related programs, and lead project implementations at the country level, including SAP S4 HANA and other specified solutions. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing, implementing, and enhancing order configuration and engineering processes, aligning sales configuration tools with backend systems, and designing cost-effective business processes using information system solutions. You will investigate, prioritize, and define project objectives, troubleshoot complex issues, and provide guidance for system maintenance. Leading and coordinating the work of less experienced staff, providing training, and ensuring alignment with GBS activities will also be part of your role. To be successful in this position, you should hold a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree with 5-10 years of experience in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related fields. Broad knowledge of manufacturing operations, information systems, and proficiency in SAP modules (SD, PP, MM, PS, FICO) and MS Office tools is essential.
