Project Role Description : Analyzes, develops, and improves workflows. Identifies inefficiencies in existing processes and proposes solutions to optimize effectiveness. Collaborates with business users to identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases. Design continuous monitoring and feedback collection to help them refine processes over time.

Summary: As a Business Process Designer, you will analyze and design new business processes, monitoring and providing feedback on process performance. Your typical day will involve collaborating with business users to identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases. You will facilitate process redesign, serving as a liaison to the business community while advising on all change aspects, ensuring that the processes align with organizational goals and objectives. Engaging with various stakeholders, you will gather insights and feedback to refine processes, ultimately enhancing efficiency and effectiveness across the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Develop and implement strategies for process improvement, ensuring alignment with business objectives. - Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate team members on new processes and tools. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Central Finance. - Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement. - Experience in process mapping and redesign methodologies. - Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback. - Familiarity with project management principles to oversee process implementation. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Central Finance. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
