Business Process Architect

As a Business Process Architect, your main responsibility will be to analyze and design new business processes in order to create documentation that will guide the implementation of new processes and technologies. You will collaborate closely with the business to define product requirements and use cases that align with process and functional requirements. Additionally, you will participate in user and task analysis to accurately represent the business needs. Your role will involve designing business processes, including characteristics and key performance indicators (KPIs), to ensure they meet process and functional requirements. You will work in conjunction with the Application Architect to develop the process blueprint and establish business process requirements that will drive application requirements and metrics. Quality management reviews will also be part of your responsibilities to ensure that all business and design requirements are met. Educating stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the designs will also be key. In terms of professional and technical skills, it is essential to have experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM). Additionally, experience in Business Process Management (BPM) tools, a strong understanding of business process design and modeling, experience in quality management reviews, and expertise in stakeholder management and education are highly beneficial. The ideal candidate for this role should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and possess a 15 years full-time education background. A strong educational foundation in business process design, management, or a related field, coupled with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions, is preferred.
