Job Summary: The Business Operations Intern will support the day-to-day activities of the operations team, assisting in process optimization, reporting, coordination across departments, and implementation of business strategies. This role is ideal for candidates looking to gain real-world exposure to business operations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist in coordinating and tracking daily operational activities across departments (e.g., HR, finance, supply chain, or store operations). Support data entry, analysis, and preparation of reports and presentations. Collaborate with teams to identify operational bottlenecks and propose improvements. Maintain documentation and help streamline internal workflows. Help in the planning and execution of projects or pilot programs. Participate in regular meetings and take notes, follow up on action items. Conduct competitor or market research as assigned. Assist with scheduling, communication, and coordination among teams or vendors. Requirements: Recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related field. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace . Good verbal and written communication. Analytical mindset and eagerness to learn.
