Business Operations Analyst, Senior

Qualcomm India Private Limited is seeking a Process Automation Specialist to join the Global Business and Finance Support (GBFS) team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for optimizing and automating finance and business processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. This role requires collaborating with cross-functional teams, developing automation tools, and technologies to streamline workflows. You will work closely with the GBFS team to understand and automate processes related to Finance, Business Operations, Sales Operations, and QTL activities using tools such as Advanced Excel (VBA), Python, Alteryx, Tableau, or Power BI. Your main responsibilities will include evaluating and selecting appropriate automation tools, developing dashboards and reporting analysis using tools like Macros - VBA, Python, Valorx, and Alteryx, creating RPA or automation tools for seamless integration with existing systems, ERP software, and other platforms, collaborating with end-users for feedback and process optimization, documenting automated processes comprehensively, providing training to end-users on new automated processes, and offering ongoing support. The ideal candidate should have 6 to 8 years of experience in Process Automation with a strong understanding of finance and/or Business Operations in the semiconductor industry. Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, programming languages (VBA, Python), and automation tools (Alteryx, Automation Anywhere) is required. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management/Analytics, Finance, Operations, or equivalent experience is preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, conceptual, written, and verbal communication skills are essential. The candidate should be willing to engage in evening calls for HQ reviews and transitions, or work in shifts as needed.
