Job Description:- The ER Operations Communications and Data Analyst will assist with editing and publishing global and local team member handbooks. This role involves writing, editing, reviewing, and publishing documents including articles, newsletters, and memos on the companys intranet platform (ServiceNOW). The analyst will enhance the user experience of the SharePoint tool for internal team members globally by reimagining and redesigning the tool to ensure content is up-to-date, streamlined, and accessible as needed. Additionally, the role includes conducting research, analyzing ER data to identify and interpret trends and patterns, generating ad hoc reports and regular datasets, integrating data from multiple sources, and maintaining report forms and formats, data dashboards, and other end-user information portals or resources. Key Responsibilities:- Assist with editing and publishing global and local team member handbooks. Write, edit, review, and publish documents including articles, newsletters, and memos on the company’s intranet platform (ServiceNOW) Enhance user experience of the SharePoint tool for internal team members globally by reimagining and redesigning the tool ensuring content is up-to-date, streamlined, and accessible as needed. Conduct research and analyze data on assigned projects. Analyze ER data to identify and interpret trends and patterns in datasets to provide insights to ER leadership and investigators. Generate ad hoc reports and regular datasets or report information for end-users using system tools and database queries. Integrate data from multiple sources to produce requested or required data elements. Maintain report forms and formats, data dashboard, and other end-user information portals or resources. Proven experience in creating and management of SharePoint sites, content creation software and data analysis. Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, particularly Power BI. Excellent research and analytical skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Strong organizational and project management skills. Knowledge of employee relations and HR practices. Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
