Providing operating support to internal, external & regulatory teams and sharing insights based on system/business & analytics intelligence to enable key decisions to improve overall acquisition experience & quality. Key Responsibilities: End to End Operational support for Postpaid, Prepaid & Fixed Line Processes. Ensuring partner performance in terms of Activation within TAT, Reduce document rejections, quality of activation and increase productivity Monitoring daily activation and sim swap requests and ensure completion of order by coordinating with Partner, engineering & Circle teams. Ensuring Zero documentation forgery for all LOB Analyzing gaps within acquisition journey to improve quality of acquisition. Driving Innovations & Enhancements within stakeholders. Tracking and sharing the performance scorecard with stake holders. Ensuring compliance through parameter wise audits & system fixes. Experience & Skills: Good understanding of Telecom products, policies and processes Strong interpersonal, collaboration skills & result oriented Good planning & execution skills Can do attitude & problem solving skills Quick thinking & analytical ability Should have understanding of applications i..e Excel, Access & Data Analytics Should have experience to manage Partner and large teams Educational Qualification: Post graduate, MBA or equivalent Preferred Work Experience: At least 5 years of work experience in operation/Support function
