Business Internship

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Business Audit & Strategy Intern to work directly with the Owner & Head of Growth on:

• Mapping & auditing existing business processes (sales funnel, back-office, service support).
• Designing & documenting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Sales, Marketing & Aftermarket.
• Developing role-wise Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and dashboards.
• Conducting data-driven analysis of customer segments, product performance & profitability.
• Preparing recommendations for future business strategies, growth opportunities and market intelligence.

This is a high-visibility internship where you’ll touch multiple functions and see how an industrial trading business is run end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Audit: Review current processes, identify gaps, create process maps.
• SOP Development: Draft detailed SOPs for sales lead management, customer follow-up, spares upselling, marketing outreach, and back-office support.
• KPI Design: Work with leadership to define KPIs for each role (sales engineer, service engineer, back office, accountant, etc.) and build simple scorecards.
• Market & Data Analytics: Analyze past sales data, customer lists, and competitor activity to generate insights for new markets, product lines or pricing.
• Strategy Support: Assist in preparing presentations, dashboards, and business plans for expansion and R&D initiatives.
• Reporting: Weekly updates with actionable recommendations.

Contract length: 2 months

Pay: ₹2,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
