Skill required: Talent Development - Learning Operations Qualifications: Any Graduation Years of Experience: 13 to 18 years What would you do? The Business Interlock Manager partners with client stakeholders on the training needs analysis process, builds conceptual designs, provides learning solutions, and guides the LEDD Operations team to execute the design. The Business Interlock is responsible for the overall design of learning interventions and is also responsible for managing the overall development pipeline. The Business Interlock directly supports and has overall accountability for execution of projects and Academies according to design, process, quality, budget, and milestone standards. Talent Development process Manage learning solutions, including activities such as registration, vendor management, product support, learning management system. What are we looking for? Written and verbal communication Education oBachelors Degree in Instructional Design, Cognitive Psychology, Communications, Organizational Development, or equivalent experience. Work Experience -12+ years of learning strategy and advisory experience (requirement gathering and solutioning) 12+ years of client/stakeholder relationship management experience Critical Thinking Problem Management Client/stakeholder relationship management Business acumen and appreciation of strategic intento Learning needs analysis oLearning solution planning Learning delivery experience Learning program and project management oPractical understanding of types of learning solutions and architectures available, and when they are best used Good knowledge of instructional design principles and product types Strong program/project management skills with a proven record in executionoAble to work independently across a broad range of activitiesoStrong written and oral communication skills including:Ability to facilitate Client SME and Sponsor discussions to set expectations, and to ensure appropriate involvementGood presentation skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Project) oAbility to network and build positive relationships with client, business stakeholders, vendors and Accenture teams Preferredo Experience in learning and talent strategy developmento Awareness of current trends in learning including AI, VR, Storytelling etco Working knowledge of accessibility principles and guidelineso Exposure to learning measurement and analysis Roles and Responsibilities: Learning StrategyoEvaluate inputs for the learning strategy (including leveraging of talent roadmaps and other talent management tools to support learning plans and the business area s broader talent strategy) oDevelop a point of view on the learning strategyoOversee the design of the learning strategy framework for the capability/ specialization, showing how learners will progress across proficiency levelsCurriculum/Learning Solution PlanningoProactively understand the clients business drivers, needs, and prioritiesoRecommend the potential learning approach/program/solutionsoCurate learning assets identified for the curriculum/solutionoDocument learning requirements in a Preliminary Learning Brief (PLB) and/or summary deckoReview and map project source content, identifying any gapsoDraft the initial scope/budget for the solutionoGenerate and negotiate options, as neededoOversee the maintenance of existing curriculum to ensure continued relevance to target audience, skills, proficiency levelPipeline/Demand PlanningoPartner with the client on 90-day learning planning; documenting priorities, scope, and timelinesoConnect with the client to review the pipeline weekly/monthly/quarterly oProject the spend and staffing requirementsStakeholder Managemento Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholderso Guide the client along the design-deploy-delivery journeyo Connect actively with the client to identify and solve for pain points o Analyze & present metrics to drive data-based decision making Operations Managemento Plan and facilitate project calls to align the Client on goals, deliverables, timelines, and dependencieso Define and assess effectiveness of the learning programso Lead weekly status meetings, and provide guidance to address risks and issueso Provide inputs to quarterly and annual Client budget developmento Partner with the Operations Lead on staff planning, recruitment, onboarding work assignments and team engagemento Continually focus on value-added activities and process improvementLearning value metrics and evaluation strategyo Determine Relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)o Align metrics with Business Outcomes, ensure metrics reflect business impactso Design a Structured Evaluation Framework for assessing learning effectivenesso Determine Data Collection Methods, decide how to gather data through surveys, assessments, and performance reviewso Analyze, Interpret and Evaluate data to measure the impact of learning programs.
