Business Intelligence & Insights Analyst

As a Business Intelligence and Insights Analyst at Aurolabs, you will play a crucial role in shaping the digital and data transformation journey of the organization. Your expertise in BI combined with a deep understanding of business processes will enable you to influence decision-making across various functions through insightful dashboards. Your responsibilities will include partnering with functional heads to understand workflows and KPIs, designing interactive dashboards using Tableau, analyzing trends to uncover actionable insights, integrating data from multiple sources, driving a dashboard-driven decision-making mindset, and maintaining comprehensive documentation. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with functional heads to understand workflows, KPIs, and process drivers to translate them into structured metrics. - Design and build interactive dashboards using Tableau with advanced analytics and insights generation. - Analyze trends, variances, and patterns to recommend process improvements and performance enhancements. - Integrate data from multiple sources and collaborate with IT/Data Engineering to ensure data governance. - Drive a dashboard-driven decision-making culture across the organization and lead cross-functional projects. Technical Skills & Tools: - Proficiency in Tableau for designing interactive dashboards and Tableau Prep for data cleaning. - Strong SQL skills for writing complex queries and Excel skills for data handling. - Experience in connecting Tableau to diverse data sources and building data pipelines. - Exposure to fundamental statistical analysis and forecasting techniques and documentation skills. Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, Statistics, or related field. - 4-6 years of relevant experience in BI, data analytics, or insights roles. - Excellent communication skills and experience in manufacturing, healthcare, or regulated industries are advantageous.
