Job Description

As a Business Intelligence Associate at EY, you will be responsible for developing automation solutions, business reporting, and supporting client project activities. Your role will involve collaborating with business stakeholders and data teams to translate client requirements into solutions using Excel VBA, Outlook Macros, Power BI dashboards, and reporting tools. Your attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and willingness to learn new technologies will be key in this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and maintain Excel VBA Macros for Excel and Outlook automation. - Build and enhance Power BI dashboards using DAX, M language, and advanced query editor with multiple data sources. - Schedule and manage Power BI report refreshes and distribution. - Handle Outlook mailbox queries and provide timely responses to clients. - Support day-to-day project management activities, tracking requirements, and ensuring deliverables are on time. - Manage ad-hoc reporting requests in Power BI and other client systems. - Collaborate with client & team members to understand business requirements and translate them into reporting or automation solutions. - Support SharePoint development and repository updates. - Build simple Canvas Apps and Power Automate flows to automate repetitive tasks. - Proactively learn new tools within the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem and apply them in projects. **Qualifications Required:** - Graduate in any bachelor's degree, preferably in the service industry or related discipline. - Technical skills/tools requirement: Power BI, SharePoint, Excel VBA, PBI Advanced query editor, M365 Tools. - Desired soft skills: Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and troubleshooting skills across low-code environments. Presentation skills, interpersonal skills, planning, and organizational skills are also necessary.
