Job Description

Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards to provide insights and aid decision-making Understand business needs and objectives, identifying opportunities for improvement and efficiency gains Identify, validate, and integrate diverse internal and external data sets from various business processes Analyse and interpret data, including comparative analysis, benchmarking, trend analysis, and other techniques as required Communicate clear themes and trends to stakeholders using visualisations and reports Ensure data quality is maintained to provide confidence in decision-making Investigate business intelligence reporting and analysis needs for complex or ambiguous processes Select and apply non-standard business intelligence tools and techniques to support decision-making Acquire, integrate, and select data for analysis from various sources Identify opportunities to digitise and streamline operational data handling, optimising business intelligence capabilities Requirements At SFIA Level 4, candidates should ideally hold the following certifications or have equivalent experience: SFIA-4 equivalent experience in Business Intelligence Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Experience with data analysis, reporting, and visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Excel). Min 3 yrs hands on experience with Power BI is a must have. Ability to work with diverse data sets from various business processes Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality data Proven experience in supporting operational needs through management and governance processes
