The Regional Business Head will be accountable for driving business performance and growth within the assigned region. This leadership role encompasses strategic planning, sales and marketing oversight, financial management, and team development. The Regional Business Head will be responsible for executing company strategies to achieve revenue and expansion goals, while ensuring operational excellence and high levels of customer satisfaction. The role will also require effective coordination and oversight of cross-functional teams, including Admin, HR, CRM, and others. Therefore, prior experience in managing a full-fledged Business Unit with multifunctional teams is essential.
