We are looking for a Business Head role to join our team and lead the expansion and innovation efforts across the packaging vertical. Experience in the Packaging industry is mandatory. The location for this position is All Regions. The compensation includes a competitive salary along with performance-based incentives. Role Summary: As the Business Head, you will be responsible for sales and business development in the Export/Domestic Market of Flexible Packaging products by identifying new markets, managing key accounts, and achieving revenue targets. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and develop Domestic/International markets for products such as PP/HDPE fabric, Woven sacks, LDPE films, and BOPP bags in the USA, Europe, Canada, and Dubai. - Manage buyer communications, order processing, and post-shipment documentation. - Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, Incoterms, and customer country-specific requirements. - Collaborate with production, quality, and dispatch teams to meet delivery and quality standards. - Monitor export sales performance and prepare market intelligence reports. - Keep updated with the latest trends in sustainable and cost-effective export packaging. Key Skills: - Knowledge of export packing norms. - Sourcing experience in technical textile packaging materials. - Coordination, vendor management, and cost control. Qualifications: - Any graduation. - 5+ years of experience in export packing with exposure and sourcing is an added advantage.,
