Job Description

Role Overview: As a Business Growth Intern in the luxury segment at A-THON, you will have the opportunity to gain practical exposure in the automotive and lifestyle sector, specifically focusing on positioning the ASHVA 4x4 as India's premier luxury off-road vehicle. You will be involved in client engagement, event planning, sales and market research, digital marketing, and partnership networking. This internship will provide hands-on learning experiences and mentorship from industry professionals. Key Responsibilities: - Client Engagement Support - Managing client databases and CRM entries. - Assisting in preparing presentations, proposals, and follow-up communication with potential clients. - Shadowing senior executives during client meetings, product demos, and test drives. - Sales & Market Research - Supporting the sales team in gathering market intelligence on luxury vehicles and adventure products. - Analyzing competitor offerings and creating comparison reports. - Assisting in preparing sales performance reports and forecasting documents. - Event Coordination & Experience Marketing - Planning and executing exclusive events such as private test drives, reveals, and luxury showcases. - Coordinating logistics, vendor management, and client invitations. - Capturing client feedback and event performance metrics. - Digital Marketing & Branding - Creating social media content tailored for HNI/UHNI audiences. - Tracking engagement metrics and supporting targeted campaigns. - Curating premium brand experiences online and offline. - Partnership & Networking Support - Researching potential collaborations with luxury brands, premium venues, and lifestyle companies. - Helping prepare partnership proposals and pitch decks. - Supporting networking activities during high-profile industry events. Qualification Required: Desired Skills & Attributes - Strong interest in luxury automobiles, adventure sports, or premium lifestyle brands. - Excellent communication skills (written & verbal). - Professional demeanor with confidence and discretion in client interactions. - Good organizational and multitasking abilities. - Social media savvy, with a knack for creating engaging content. - Adaptability, eagerness to learn, and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.,
