Job Description

We are looking for an ambitious and strategic Business Growth Executive to spearhead initiatives that drive revenue, expand market reach, and foster long-term business success. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, developing and executing strategic plans, and building strong relationships with partners and clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, sales, or marketing, with the ability to think analytically and act decisively. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success in all growth-related activities. Roles & Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities in line with company goals. Develop and maintain strategic partnerships to drive growth. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy. Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other channels. Develop proposals, pitch presentations, and sales materials. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align growth strategies. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize growth initiatives. Negotiate and close deals to achieve revenue targets. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business. Provide regular reports and insights to senior management.
