Position: Business Growth Executive Salary: ₹30,000 CTC + Minimum ₹25,000 Incentives at least Location: Sector 18, Gurgaon Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days) Experience: Fresher to 1 Year Education: Undergraduate or Graduate Key Requirements: Must have excellent English fluency with strong verbal and written communication skills. Should be confident, presentable, and capable of handling client interactions professionally. Quick learning ability and adaptability to a fast-paced work environment is essential. Open to both undergraduates and graduates. Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome. Key Responsibilities: Reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and meetings. Effectively present and explain company services in a clear and convincing manner. Build and maintain long-term client relationships to support business growth. Consistently meet or exceed assigned targets and performance goals. Maintain proper records of communication and follow-up activities. Additional Information: This is a full-time, in-office position based in Sector 18, Gurgaon. Five-day working structure with performance-based growth opportunities.
