Activities include analyzing and designing/re-designing business processes and/or defining parts of an organization. Must have skills :SAP Global Trade Services Good to have skills :NA Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification :a Top B School MBA this is flexible for Level 11 b Bachelors from Tier 1 Engineering College Summary:As a Business Function Implement Practitioner, you will support the implementation of activities for a specific business function to improve performance for a function end to end. Activities include analyzing and designing/re-designing business processes and/or defining parts of an organization. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the success of the organization and make a positive impact on its performance. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Analyze and design/re-design business processes to improve performance. Define parts of an organization to enhance efficiency. Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in SAP Global Trade Services. Strong understanding of business processes and their impact on performance. Experience in analyzing and designing/re-designing business processes. Knowledge of organizational design principles. Experience in gathering requirements and understanding business needs. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Global Trade Services. This position is based at our Gurugram office. A Top B School MBA is required.
