Building and maintaining relationships with commercial property owners to identify potential marketplaces will also be part of your responsibilities. As part of partnered expansion, you will need to ensure a strong network of franchisees, both existing and new, to support the business growth. Process adherence is key in this role, where you will be expected to learn about and establish processes and systems related to Retail Business Development (RBD) to maintain effective trackers for day-to-day updates and reviews with superiors.
