Business Development Tele calling Freshers

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident freshers to join our telecalling sales team. The role involves calling potential customers, explaining our services, and generating leads or sales through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain company services.
• Follow up on leads and maintain good customer relationships.
• Convince customers to take up our services and handle basic queries.
• Maintain records of calls and customer details.
• Meet daily and monthly call and conversion targets.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling).
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to handle rejections confidently.

Qualification:

• BE,BBA,MBA,MCA

Salary:

• As per company standards (with incentives).
