Business Development Representative - sales

We are currently seeking a proactive Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Bangalore. In this role, you will play a crucial part in assisting potential customers in choosing the right courses and guiding them through the purchase process. Responsibilities: - Assist potential customers in selecting suitable learning courses. - Follow up with prospects and effectively close sales within the designated sales cycle. - Engage with leads through various communication channels such as email, phone, etc. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. - Meet and exceed sales targets in every sales cycle. - Generate quality leads to drive business growth. Requirements: - Proficient in English and at least one regional language. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team. - Graduated from a recognized university between 2018-2023.
