Business Development - Property Acquisition (Offline Store Expansion)

As a Business Development professional in this role, you will be responsible for identifying appropriate commercial retail properties to facilitate the opening of new Lenskart stores in your designated region. Your duties will include managing the search for retail properties, collaborating with key partners such as property developers, landlords, project consultants, and property brokers. You will conduct thorough location and catchment analysis for potential new store locations and engage in negotiating, acquiring, and finalizing new properties. This will involve negotiating final rentals, understanding the Landlord Scope of Works, and overseeing legal due diligence and the necessary paperwork for signing and acquiring properties. Furthermore, you will be expected to coordinate with various internal departments until the successful launch of the store. Your role will also entail the development and maintenance of a growth opportunities pipeline, encompassing both organic growth and potential acquisitions.,
