Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities for SaaS products. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth. Lead Generation & Pipeline Management: Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and digital marketing efforts. Manage the sales pipeline, track progress, and close deals effectively. Client Relationship Management: Understand customer needs and recommend tailored SaaS solutions. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations. Ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities. Provide insights for product improvement and marketing strategies. Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams. Maintain accurate sales reports and forecasts. Key Requirements: Experience: 6 months to 3 years in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in SaaS or IT solutions. Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with SaaS, cloud-based solutions, and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce). Sales Acumen: Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Education: Bachelors/Masters degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
