Business Development Manager (US Region)

Job Description

AQB Solutions Pvt Ltd is looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive B2B sales growth in the US region. This role requires expertise in lead generation, client engagement, and business expansion for both IT services and products. Key Responsibilities: Conduct cold calling to generate and qualify high-potential B2B sales leads for IT services and products in the US market. Utilize data mining tools such as Apollo, HubSpot, etc., to identify prospects and extract relevant market insights. Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator to build connections, expand the companys network, and identify potential business opportunities. Maintain and manage a pipeline of qualified leads to achieve sales targets and drive business growth. Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of sales-qualified leads (SQLs) and facilitate the deal-closing process. Requirements: Proven experience in international B2B sales and cold calling, preferably in IT services or product sales. Prior experience in sales-qualified lead generation for outsourced product development and analytics service sales in the US, Europe, and GCC markets. Strong proficiency in using data mining tools (Apollo, HubSpot, etc.) and CRM platforms. Expertise in LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation and professional networking. Strong analytical skills with experience in MS Excel, CRM tools, and data analysis tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence prospects effectively. A goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
