Job Description

Simpliigence is currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Business Development Contract Staffing Services professional. With at least 4 years of experience, you will be based in Bengaluru and will have the opportunity to work in a Hybrid Model. As a Business Development - Staffing Services specialist, your main responsibility will be to serve as a Client Account Manager for our Staffing Services division. You will be expected to demonstrate a track record of success in cultivating new accounts, nurturing existing client relationships, and providing tailored staffing solutions. Preference will be given to candidates who have previous experience working with Global Captive Centers (GCCs), especially in the realm of Salesforce staffing.
