About the job: Key Responsibilities: 1. Engage with potential and existing B2B customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions 2. Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster trust and loyalty 3. Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns 4. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure the timely and accurate execution of customer orders 5. Communicate customer requirements and feedback to the operations team for continuous improvement 6. Monitor order progress and resolve any issues during the order fulfillment process 7. Develop comprehensive solutions that meet customer requirements from order initiation to delivery 8. Provide after-sales support and manage post-delivery issues to maintain high customer satisfaction 9. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base 10. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients 11. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth strategy of the company 12. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, orders, and follow-up activities 13. Generate regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends 14.
