About the job: We are looking for a dynamic E-Commerce Sales Team Leader to drive and oversee our sales team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of online marketplaces and be able to strategize and optimize sales processes for platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and Shopify. Key responsibilities: 1. Lead and manage the E-Commerce Sales Team to achieve revenue targets. 2. Develop and implement sales strategies for Amazon, Flipkart, and other platforms. 3. Optimize A++ Content, Brand Store, and Infographics to enhance visibility and conversions. 4. Analyze sales performance, conversion rates, and market trends to improve results. 5. Train and guide the team in listing optimization, PPC campaigns, and customer engagement. 6. Coordinate with marketing, operations, and inventory teams for seamless workflow. 7. Resolve customer concerns and maintain high satisfaction levels. 8. Ensure proper documentation of sales reports, performance tracking, and market analysis. Requirements: 1. Experience: Minimum 3+ years in E-Commerce Sales/Leadership. 2. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Skills: 1. Strong knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, and other e-commerce platforms. 2. Expertise in A++ Content, Infographics, and Brand Store Optimization. 3. Leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills. 4. Hands-on experience in product listings, PPC campaigns, and CRM tools. 5. Customer-focused approach and the ability to drive sales growth.
