Role Overview: As a Business Development Manager for Enterprise Solutions in Kochi, you will be responsible for driving enterprise B2B sales across Cloud, Cybersecurity, Modern Work, and IT Infrastructure solutions. Your main tasks will include owning named accounts, building a qualified pipeline, managing structured sales cycles, and closing high-value opportunities. Technical onboarding will be provided, and your role will require strong consultative selling capability and communication skills. Key Responsibilities: - Own end-to-end sales for assigned enterprise accounts - Identify, qualify, and progress new business opportunities - Conduct structured discovery meetings and multi-stakeholder discussions - Manage multi-stage sales cycles typically spanning 30-120 days - Collaborate with internal solutioning, commercial, and delivery teams - Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and activity tracking in Salesforce - Lead deal closure and ensure structured handover to Customer Success Required Experience: - 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales or enterprise-focused B2C sales - Experience managing mid to high-value deal sizes - Exposure to long-cycle, consultative selling, and negotiations - Clear ownership of revenue targets and closures - Strong professional communication skills, both verbal and written Required Skills: - Strong executive communication and stakeholder management - Structured thinking with disciplined follow-up - Comfort with CRM-driven sales processes and reporting - Ability to engage and influence multiple decision-makers Additional Details: The company offers competitive fixed compensation with performance-based incentives and defines a career progression path to Senior BDM / Enterprise Account Manager.
