As a Business Development Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and fostering client relationships. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying relevant projects on platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, etc. - Drafting compelling proposals and cover letters tailored to the client's requirements. - Communicating with clients to understand their needs and clarify project scope. - Negotiating project terms, timelines, and budgets with potential clients. - Maintaining regular follow-up with clients to convert bids into successful projects. - Coordinating with the technical team to prepare accurate project estimations and timelines. - Maintaining records of bids, client communications, and conversion rates. - Achieving monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and project acquisition. - Monitoring and analyzing bidding performance and suggesting improvements. - Involvement in the full sales cycle, starting from lead generation to project delivery.
